Do you offer anything for free?
Yes! Several things…
My free videos show you how to use some of my favorite stress reduction techniques.
My free e-newsletter is chock full of effective stress relief tools, fun ideas and uplifting inspiration. When you sign up, you’ll also receive a free guided meditation and a free report titled: “Secrets of Transformation on a Budget”.
Also, check out the Resource area of this site where you’ll find free worksheets.
Can I buy CDs of your products?
I only offer products as downloads. This is not only a time saver, it’s better for the environment too. Once you purchase a download, feel free to burn it onto a CD if that’s how you prefer to listen to it.
For downloading instructions, see tech issues below.
How much are your downloads?
Pricing on each guided meditation or program is listed individually, depending on its length. Visit my Shopping Page, then click on the item you are interested in.
Are your prices in US Dollars?
Yes. To know a price in another currency, you can google “converting dollars to other currency” and a conversion tool pops up.
What is your refund policy?
On downloadable products I offer a 60 day Money Back Guarantee.
Can I get transcripts of your audio programs?
Digital transcripts for all of my audio products are available for purchase.
To order, go to the sales page of the product you are interested in. Scroll to the bottom of the page (after the testimonials) and select the Buy Transcript option.
When you sign up for my e-newsletter, the audio file of the free guided meditation will also be sent to you as a digital transcript.
Closed captioning is also available for my YouTube videos. To view, after you select play for the video you have chosen, then select cc. Here’s the link to my YouTube channel.
Tech Issues
What do I do if I have trouble downloading a file?
We would love to be able to give everyone specific downloading instructions. However, with frequent changes in models and operating systems, you will receive better help for your individual situation using the options below. Or, you might consider finding someone who is tech savvy to assist you. (See below for ideas.)
Mac or PC: Downloading your files should merely involve clicking the link on the web page or in the email you receive. This will activate the download process for whichever browser you are using. You will then receive a pop-up asking what you want to do with the file – usually either to download the file to a folder, or open it with an application. The exact choices and terminology will depend upon the browser you are using and your settings for the browser.
If that doesn’t work, try using a different browser. We recommend using Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer. Some customers find that one of those works better for them than the others, and that varies from person to person. So, if you’re having troubles, try a different browser to see if that helps.
Downloading multiple recordings or tracks: If you experience difficulties downloading more than one recording (or multiple tracks of the same program), try waiting for one recording to finish downloading before beginning the next download.
Mobile Devices: Some mobile devices (notably Apple products) prevent the downloading of media files to the device for security reasons. If you have access to a computer, it is better to download the file to the computer and then use iTunes (or whatever media application you use) to sync with your mobile device.
If syncing with a computer is not an option for you, try the following choices:
Android phone: Google “How to download audio files from a website to android phone” — or, substitute the brand & model of your phone for the word “android” in your search. If you don’t find the information you need, you could look into a cloud based storage service or a third party App (see the Apple options below).
iPhones & iPads: Storing an audio download (without syncing with your computer) currently takes some workarounds. Here are two options:
1). Download files to a cloud service for storage, such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, or other cloud options. You can search for “how to” information on YouTube or the search engine of your choice.
2). Download a third party App. There are several apps on the market, including iSaveIt and Documents5. While we have no direct experience with these types of Apps, we offer this information in case you wish to investigate further.
FYI: Whether you use a Cloud service or App, you would access the file through that program and not iTunes. (Moving the file into iTunes requires downloading to a computer and syncing your device with it.)
Downloading PDFs to Mobile Devices: For Android, google “Downloading PDF to Android”. For iPhones & iPads, use the share function (the square with an arrow) to access “save to iBooks”.
Finding Tech Savvy Assistance: If the information above doesn’t help (or feels way too techno for your brain), we recommend seeking the help of a tech savvy person. If you don’t know someone with those skills, see if your brand of computer or device has a customer help phone number or LiveChat option. If you have a Best Buy store near you, you could make a GeekSquad appointment there. If you have an apple device, you could make a Genius Bar or Studio Hours appointment at your local store.
What do I do if something on this website isn’t working?
If some part of the website is not functioning properly, please leave a message below and type “Tech Issue” at the top. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please be sure to provide step by step details of what you have tried, details of the device being used, and any error messages you receive (the exact text will be helpful).
